I've unzipped IC01 to the Tool subdirectory. The machine is Win2000.
When I try to run the export flwo utility, I receive error message 'The procedure entry point MiniDumpWriteDump could not be located...in DBGHELP.DLL' |

| Did you check the classpath in the batch file. I have got the same error becuase my classpath was wrong. |

Sounds like you might have a Control Center only set-up.
Download the IH05 'Optional' piece. This has a copy of the missing DLL in it.

I followed the advice given in response to an IC01 issue raised by someone else, namely include conector.jar in the CLASSPATH.
Case closed. |
