You should normally have an associated FDC file generated, paste the FFST here and that might help in understanding this situation better.

But there could be many reasons for this. I have seen such errors when i go back and forth between different versions of MQ without removing my existing queue managers created using a different version.

Cheers

You can find one FDC file named AMQ01462.0.FDC, which has same number as your process id.

In this FDC file, you can find "Probe Id", such as XC076001 .

You can search this key word (XC076001) in ibm web site: http://www.software.ibm.com. Usually you will get your answer. |

				| If you have a support agreement, use it. When FDC files get generated it is a sign that MQSeries is not playing well. As has been stated, you can do a lot of analysis yourself but generally we have more things on our plate that we can handle. So if you have a support agreement then let IBM do the digging for you. |
