				Hi all,

We are facing some weird issue in our dev environment. The channels (all - sender, receiver, svrconn) are getting duplicated with the same name. We see multiple channel definitions with the same name when we click on the channels folder.

Not sure why this is occuring, but we are unable to connect to the queue manager using any channel. I have a screen shot, but not sure how to upload it here. If there is a way to upload the screen shot please let me know.

Also, it is throwing an error - 'WebSphere MQ failed to start listening for objects (AMQ4168)'

We checked in IBM infocenter, but this does not give a clear information on what the issue could be

AMQ4168

WebSphere MQ failed to start listening for objects.

Severity

20 : Error

Explanation

No objects will be displayed in the currently selected view.

Response

Check the problem determination information, and ensure that WebSphere MQ and the queue manager in question are both running correctly.

Other queue managers in the same box are running fine.

MQ 7 / 7.0.1.3 / Windows 2008 R2 Server.

Did anyone face this issue earlier?

Thanks,

Vinay |

Yes there is a way...

Use Img Tag.

Mention the snapshot/image URL in the Img tag.

(you can use site, imageshack dot us , to upload your image on web and get its link)

Whats the result when you try to display mq version, mq processes, mq objects from command prompt ? _________________ *Life will beat you down, you need to decide to fight back or leave it. |
