				| Hi all,
I am new to WMQ and WMB, using MQ and WMB7.0, and working on my first project on these technologies. I have to create a topic tree and publish messages to various topics. Can I write scripts to create the topic tree on Queue manager? what is the command/way to write these scripts?

I know its possible to create a new topic from MQ explorer but I want to have a script which when runs creates all the topics required.

 Thanks,
 Me

What makes you think it's any different to how you define other objects within a queue manager?

				| You don't need to predefine topic strings in MQ, you can use whatever you want and it will be dynamically created and managed by MQ.
The TOPIC object in MQ allows points of control to be established in the topic string heirarchy, to setup access security and values of certain parameters that will apply to that portion of the tree.
