I created a msgflow which is having trace node in it . I just mentioned the FilePath as Actbase.log and deployed the flow in unix environment . I didnt mentioned any full path .
May i know where it will be created and available by default .
And my general question is where the files will be created by default if we did nt mentioned the full path .
Please help me on this . |

Same as for any other Unix app that doesn't mention a path.

This general question is the same as your specific question.
Why specify a file path anyway? Why use a file trace?
(The wrong answer is, "because I wish to log broker activities for audit purposes")

i checked and i didn t find the file created .
Can anyone please suggest whether the file will create ? . If so ,where it will be available . |

How did you check?
If the trace node is configured to use a File trace, and the pattern that is given produces data, then the file will get written.
But it won't exist until there is some data sent through it. |

Are you sure that the service user has rights to create/modify a file in the location you specified?
