				Hi,

Can we call a oracle function (not Stored Procedure) from ESQL?

If so, could people give me some hints?

(I am using WMB 6.1)

Thanks very much in advance.

regards,

What function does Oracle have that ESQL does not that you need to call? _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

From an ESQL point of view, Oracle Stored Functions are the same as Stored Procedures, except they return a value. As long as the data types the procedure takes are supported (same at stored procedures) you simply define it the same as you would a Procedure, but with the addition of a RETURNS clause..
