I got an email which said I had a new PM on this board.
But when I logged in to look at it I got:

we disabled PMs to prevent likely harmful messages to the community. the offending user has been identified and actioned against.
the was justified , it's true !, I deserved it for double posting.

They do flash at the top of the board - sound like Mehrdad needs to get his advertising people working on more eye-catching ads!
IIRC the "Administrator" id is shown separately but Mehrdad is a busy & important man <grovel>running a mightly business empire</grovel> and isn't round here much. Day to day activities are in the hands of your friendly moderators.
