				| Hi all,
I have a problem. I use MO71 for configuring MQ, it works fine for MQ version 5.3, but when I migrated (or new install) to version 6, and start MO71, i get the error that the application could not start because the file amqzsaic.dll is missing.

I have tried to search on the internet and on IBM site but found no answer for this problem. Hope you guys can help me out.

 Thanx in advance
 Tran

				| Do you have a full MQClient install on the machine you are trying to run MO71 from?

This does not prove you have the full client, which is installed separately.

				| Thanx Vixtor,
does this means I have to install MQ Client also? I thought that MQ Server installation also includes the client connection. At least in version 5.3 it is...

Oke i will try do the client installation....

 Not even on v5.3!

The client is certainly included on the server media but is not installed by default by the standard installer.

(Obviously if your site is using an image / SMS / other means then it could easily have been included in the installation you were using.....
  )
Either way it's always been a separate product.

				| I've used MO71 with a MQ v6 client and it works fine. Also works with V6 queue managers, or a mixture.
It's a cool program, if occasionally a little obscure, and much faster than the eclipse based MQ explorer.

				| Thanx all,
and you are right Victor, I have installed client v6 and MO71 startup... now i have to figured out why the SSL cert didn't work after the upgrade. It complains about mqrc2381 - SSL Key Repository error.

At the risk of being obvious, the SSL Key Repositiory setting is wrong!

 From the documentation:

	| Quote: |
	| RC2381(2381) Explanation:
On an MQCONN or MQCONNX call, the location of the key repository is either not specified, not valid, or results in an error when used to access the key repository. The location of the key repository is specified by one of the following:

The value of the MQSSLKEYR environment variable (MQCONN or MQCONNX call), or
The value of the SCKR field in the MQSCO structure (MQCONNX call only).
For the MQCONNX call, if both MQSSLKEYR and SCKR are specified, the latter is used.

 Completion Code:
 CCFAIL

 Programmer Response:
Specify a valid location for the key repository

Further help on this requires a new thread IMHO

Do a search. I believe there was a change in SSL between the 2 versions that results in some incompatibility. You need to migrate the repository / certificates.

 Enjoy
