				I get some unkown characters at the beginning of the xml data when I read the message from a queue and printing to console using MQ java API .I put the message on the queue using  MQ java API.
 
Any help would be appreciated.

AFAIK this is a Microsoft 'invention'.
 
This 3-character-sequence indicates a UTF8-Sig encoded text file. 
 
Which simply comes down to an UTF-8 encoded text file, preceded by these 3 characters.
