Looks like the link to the support packs is giving an error today.
Even when called from inside IBM's site...

Given the time difference between the posts it looks like they finally fixed it.
It was broken for most of the day (EDT).
A huge word of thanks to the guys @ IBM who did fix the link.
Finally again a quick way to get where you need to go. Enjoy the links forum...

It didn't seem to be consistently having problems. At a time when I was having trouble, one of my colleagues somewhere else was not having trouble.
