				Hi,

Im facing a problem in starting up and creating new MQ Servers in one of my AS/400 Boxes. If there are anybody who has come thru this kind of problem please suggest me some documents in which I can look thru and fix the problem myself.

Problem is that when I try to start or create a queue manager, Im getting an error saying a procedure call in the Service program failed. Please find the below attached problem statement,

Error occurs in process STRMQM_R

and Error -->

From module . . . . . . . . : QLETOOL

From procedure . . . . . . : Q LE CPF24A3_handler

Statement . . . . . . . . . : 15

To module . . . . . . . . . : QP0ZPCP2

To procedure . . . . . . . : _CXX_PEP__Fv

Statement . . . . . . . . . : 8

Message . . . . : Application error. MCH4437 unmonitored by QP0ZPCPN at

  statement 0000000187, instruction X'0000'.

Cause . . . . . : The application ended abnormally because an exception

occurred and was not handled. The name of the program to which the

unhandled exception is sent is QP0ZPCPN QP0ZPCPN

InvokeTargetPgm__FP11qp0z_pcp_cb. The program was stopped at the high-lev

language statement number(s) 0000000187 at the time the message was sent.

If more than one statement number is shown, the program is an optimized I

program. Optimization does not allow a single statement number to be

determined. If *N is shown as a value, it means the real value was not

available. Recovery . . . : See the low level messages previously list

to locate the cause of the exception. Correct any errors, and then try t

  request again.

I will also work on this and let you guys know if I find the problem. Thansk for the help.

regards,

				Vennela,

I always follow a procedure before starting the Queue manager and that procedure includes the start up of QMQM subsystem.

What I found until now is that --> one of the system object has been corrupted by an overnight job and this system object is used for the HTTP communication also. we dont have any servers up and running in our box. I need to test them first to come to a conclusion that the system objetc needs to be replaced. I think this should eb the job of system administrator will contact him and get back to you guys on the solution.

Thank you very much guys...

regards,
