dspmqver or something equivalent is not available on z/Os, but you may use a "commandprefix DIS QMGR CMDLEVEL" for a installed (and running) queuemanager.

You can see the version in the startup JESMSGLG of the CHIN and MSTR as well as the EARLY code ver in the MSTR.

CSQ3111I +ssid CSQYSCMD - EARLY PROCESSING PROGRAM IS V5.3.1

I guess if he is looking for the equivalent of mqver/dspmqver he would like to know about the ptf's installed as well.
