The following IBM MQSeries Family SupportPacs have been released.

IA76: MQSeries Integrator - Java Plug-in

This SupportPac provides an MQSeries Integrator Plug-In node that allows

custom Java applications to be created that can be called when processing a

Message Flow from within MQSeries Integrator by implementing a set of Java

classes. These Java classes implement all the methods provided by the

MQSeries Integrator C APIs while allowing the portability and ease of use

of the Java environment.

The node is shipped with applications that add support for the following

software products:

   ESQL Interpreter/development environment.

   MQSeries Adapter Offering LDAP repository.

   Enterprise Java Bean

Tivoli SecureWay Policy Director version 3.2

   MQSeries Adapter Offering Tracing

XSLT message transformation using LotusXSL/Xalan implementation.

   WebSphere Business-to-Business Integrator Gateway Logging.

   WebSphere Business-to-Business Integrator Exception Logging.

   WebSphere Business-to-Business Integrator Audit Logging.

WebServices Soap calls using the IBM WebServices Toolkit.

MA7N: MQSeries support for Microsoft SOAP Toolkit

This SupportPac provides a client/server pair of COM libraries to extend

the functionality of MQSeries for Windows NT and Windows 2000. There are

two main purposes of the SupportPac:

COM monitor

The COM monitor allows an application developer to create a COM component

using an interface defined in this SupportPac. When registered with the

server, whenever an MQSeries message is received on a particular queue, the

COM component will be created and called. This behaviour is similar to an

MQSeries trigger monitor.

SOAP Handler

The SupportPac can also be used in conjunction with the Microsoft SOAP

Toolkit to create, transport, process and respond to SOAP messages. By

using the MQSeries SOAP Client library as the transport mechanism, existing

applications can easily be re-routed to transport via an MQSeries queue,

and processed by the SOAP handler on the destination server. The SOAP

handler uses the Microsoft SOAP Toolkit then to interpret and parse the

SOAP message, lookup the call in specified WSDL and WSML files, invoke the

SOAP object and return the reply back via MQSeries to the caller.

WD01: Business Process Modeling with MQSeries Workflow

This SupportPac provides an introduction to the creation of business

process modeling using IBM MQSeries Workflow. It gives a step by step

overview of how to implement simple processes using MQSeries Workflow and

also covers more advanced process models. It is intended for business

analysts and process modelers with a basic knowledge about MQSeries

Workflow.

The following IBM MQSeries Family SupportPacs have been updated:

IA0H: MQSeries Integrator - Postit Plug-In

This SupportPac supplies a plug-in node that provides an alternative

mechanism for saving and restoring context information, without the use of

either queues or database tables. It has been updated to support Sun

Solaris.

IA71: MQSeries Integrator for Windows NT - Static subscriber registration

utility

This SupportPac supplies an MQSeries Integrator for Windows NT V2 utility

called RegSub that provides the capability to register static subscribers

for MQSI V2 publishers. It has been updated with the addition of MQSeries

Integrator V2 Subscription Point option.

IA72: MQSeries Integrator - Aggregator Plug-in

This SupportPac supplies an Aggregator function that provides a mechanism

for coordinating the delivery of reply messages so that all expected

replies are delivered as a single message if replies are received within

the allotted time, or not at all if the specified timeout period has

expired. It has been updated to support Sun Solaris.

ID04: MQSeries Integrator V2 - DTD import utility

The SupportPac provides an offline utility that will accept a DTD as input

and will import the message structure into the MRM repository. The imported

definition can then be used to build message flows that use the imported

information. The following changes have been made in this release:

Fixed bug where program was not properly detecting duplicate attributes.

Added loop detection to avoid stack overflows.

Added additional checking for previous errors to suppress further

   processing.

IH03: MQSeries Integrator V2 - Message display and test utility

The following changes have been made in this release:

Added support for browse and non-destructive get, including browse next

   on data tab

Added display of queue depth after MQGet operations

Added support for cluster open options

Fixed bug in rfhutil.exe when entering Correlation Id manually

Fixed bug where MQCapture program was ignoring msgcount parameter

MO71: MQSeries for Windows NT - Remote queue administrator

This SupportPac provides a simple, easy to configure GUI interface to

administer MQSeries Queue Managers. The following changes have been made in

this release:

Message Copy, Move and Delete added to the current Browse capability

Support for large messages and message range

Object Lists can be horizontally scrolled.

Filters now allow the temporary addition of fields to the list display

   using the '#' character.

Queue Managers can be logically grouped in the main window

Each list type can have a default filter

The last 10 names of each object type are kept in a pull-down list

Single thread mode of connecting to Queue Manager has been reintroduced

Monitoring frequency can be done at two intervals. A short interval

while the remote queue manager is responding and a longer interval when

   there is no response.

Some level of authority control is provided where the program can be run

in a mode which prevents the user from accidentally issuing damaging

   commands.

MO91: MQSeries Services - Support tools

This SupportPac provides a set of support tools that may be helpful when

using MQSeries Services. It has been updated to support AS/400

environments.

MP76: MQSeries for Windows NT and Windows 2000 V5.2 - Performance

highlights

This SupportPac provides a report that highlights the potential performance

benefits introduced in MQSeries V5.2 and explains the circumstances in

which they can be exploited. The following changes have been made in this

release:

Addition of data for Windows 2000.

Inclusion of data on client connection limits, maximum message rates

with large numbers of clients, and client storage costs
