Hi,
I need to measure the total number of messages that is flowing through a particular queue or a queue manager. Let me know if anyone can help me on this.

You'll probably want to try a third party monitoring tool (if you have money to spend), or write your own application to read MQ event messages.

You can't get the information from the Event messages.
But you can from a PCF with 'Reset Queue Statistics'.
