Hi Maurito, The same file which is generated out from BizTalk having UTF-16 is opening in IE which is also XMLNS domain.
It's not the same file now if it is generated by Biztalk and not by IIB...
Again changing the encoding in the XML declaration does not change the content. For that you need to change the CCSID. (try OutputRoot.Properties.CodedCharSetId ...
