So maybe I just got confused with your setup, but earlier on this thread you said you ran these commands to configure your HTTPInput node:

mqsichangeproperties %BKR% -o BrokerRegistry -n brokerTruststoreFile -v %KEYDIR%\%KEYSTORE%.jks


And the point I'm making is that these commands also set the keystore/truststore used by the HTTPRequest node as well as the HTTPInput node and could have caused your failure...

Yes I did set them before. However for the last test I performed, I deleted the broker and created a new one from my scripts but didn't apply the configuration (As above) to the BrokerRegistry.
Thanks for your suggestions on this thread. They have been most illuminating.
