What does the userID have to do with how many copies of an application you can run. Nothing.

AFAIK, WMQ installation can happen on the existence of user id mqm and group id mqm rite.. and also i believe the discussion is all bout installtion of MQ on same node...

That's right - the package pre-install code on all platforms checks for the existence of the group and user 'mqm'. The files in the packages are defined to be owned by that group/user combination - there is no provision for changing this - if that group/user do not exist then installp/pkgadd/swinstall/rpm will fail when trying to chown the files. The product will not work with any other group/user.

I believe i mentioned the same across, cos the original ques.. posted sayin of user mqm1 mqm2 for two different directories on same node.. wont work...
