This "Idea" is to resolve the issue where the Primary site goes away unexpectedly and the Recovery sight has been made Primary and started.

When the old Primary site recovers and starts, it causes Split Brain when it should detect the Recovery site is now the Primary site and not start.

Please vote for this.

If this is a dup, then my search on MESNS-I-855 didn't work.

@fjb_saper I don't know if you are the current moderator of this topic but I'm suggesting a new Topic as indicated in this reply's title.

This would be a good way to group MI, OS HA software, RDQM and Native HA solutions.

That would be something you'd need to ask Mehrdad to do. Oh wait he dissolved cressida beginning of the year...

Does this mean MQSeries.net is defunct?
Was that the beginning of 2025 or 2026?

If so, I wonder if we can make a MQSeries.net Slack Organization with Channels=Topics, Posts=Posts and all replies to be in a Thread that goes with the Post.
Maybe all that exists already...

If this is the end of MQSeries.net, then it has been a good long and fun ride. All good things come to an end.

Rome did. England did. The USA will. Earth most certainly will. Maybe man kind will.

Happy Thoughts is this cheery season!
