Your abend stack shows that a message flow thread for the message flow MBL_Main_Alert_Flow is deleting its execution instance context after processing a message. During the destruction of the execution instance the Message group that owns all the parsers is being deleted. During the deletion of the parsers a DFDL parser is being deleted. The abend is occuring during the destructed of the DFDL parser instance.

A DFDL parser owns a DFDL Writer object and we have seen an issue in the past where the deletion of the DFDLWriter abends. This was fixed in 10.0.0.3 and was a fix in the DFDL component. 10.0.0.3 was released in November 2015. Therefore it is possible that this issue is resolved in 9.0.0.5 which was released in January 2016 as this would contain the latest DFDL component at the time. If you are going to upgrade then 9.0.0.6 would be the way forward as this has a later DFDL component with more fixes in it.
