Please check your design and requirements. I am shure that working with the DBA/sysadmin team you will find that using MQ for data loading/massive data transfer might not be a good choice.

If both database are from the same brand ( in this case oracle) there are a lot of "native" options to data transfer (impdb/expdb for initial load, triggers/jobs for daily/regular updates)
