If you're trying to replicate the WESB function no you're not. A UDP can't be changed without redeploying the bar file, which in most change control systems counts as a code change. Even if that's not the case, it's not as easy as changing a properties file in WESB.

You'd be much better off adopting the suggestion of my most worthy associate and storing this in a database or cache.

In v8 and V9 you can using the MQ Explorer.

I agree. Probably use database and ESQL shared row.
