You really need to check with your release and testing team to determine what changes will require regression testing.
Most shops would require at least some if you change *anything*. |

I guess the regression test is to satisfy the management question:

I would say - I'll only be adding a file to a file-system, that won't change the logic that picks up the right XSL for the right Customer ..  _________________ Regards |

And how do you prove that? What do you say when, if another customer starts experiencing difficulties, the support people point their finger at the most recent change, i.e. the new XSL? How do you prove that the logic that selects the right customer doesn't misfire with this new customer? That's there's no conflict with subscribed messages?
Especially as any problem is the fault of the integration layer until it's proved innocent.
