Kindly suggest free monitoring tools for MQ monitoring .
If IBM provice the MQ monitoring tool then please name that monitoring tool. |

No tool is free.
Even one that does not require an initial cost still requires time and effort to install and configure and manage and maintain. |

I had done a lot of development on MQ monitoring thorugh the open source monitoring tool "Xymon". I was quite happy with it.
It doesn't have anything built in for monitoring MQ, but it allows you to write your own custom scripts quite easily. On top of MQ monitoring, the product will monitor your entire system/network out of the box.
