				I had done a lot of development on MQ monitoring thorugh the open source monitoring tool "Xymon".  I was quite happy with it.
 
 
It doesn't have anything built in for monitoring MQ, but it allows you to write your own custom scripts quite easily.  On top of MQ monitoring, the product will monitor your entire system/network out of the box.
