				What platform. What version.

There are some apars that are close to what you are experiencing, but without the above information, i cannot go any further.

Cheers

Not sure if the apar that i was thinking of would impact channels. But in any case, i would recommed you upgrading to CSD02 that is recently released which has the fix. If that works out for you well and good, otherwise you can raise a Case with IBM.

Cheers

I found whats turning the Bytessent and BytesRcvd to negative # on a busy channel.

Heres what i found, if any insight, please let me know.

When the channel Bytessent touches 200000000, its become negative after this count and starts to decrease from this point. I am not sure whether this is the max or not. But i also found another contradicting information which is something like -2100000000, so not i dont know what to think about the negative # change. Please any options here to find out. _________________ Thanks in Advance.

As i mentioned in my earlier post, this looks very near to one of the APAR's that is fixed in CSD02, which incidently was released just a few days back. Install the latest code and see if you still get it.

As for the huge numbers that you saw, i think they are inappropriate and dont hold any significance. And that you should run the same test after you install CSD02.

Cheers
