				| After sucessfully installed IBM MQ, DB2 and MQ workflow on windows, then I run the MQ workflow configuration utility. I used the default configuration ID FMC, then when I choose the components to install, the MQ workflow Server & MQ workflow database utilities for DB2 is dim and show not configurable, why? The MQseries service is running normal. |

				Hi,

most probably you did not select all components during installation so that they are not available for configuration. You can add the missing components by simply invoking the installation again. |

				| The problem isn't that you didn't install the component but that a prerequisite for that component hasn't been satisfied. That being said, how does one go about finding which prerequisite wasn't satisfied? |

I believe that the first step of the install checks the prereqs and reports on what is necessary. _________________ John McDonald

				| That is true but the help button says that if an option is dimmed out that means a prerequisite for that component hasn't been satisfied. I made sure I selected "all components" setup type and chose every feature. |
