How extensive is the knowledge of mainframe being tested in MQ admin 6 exam?.

I manage to access the site to take WebSphere Assessment/Sample Tests. However in the registration I am required to fill the company field. Is this the name of the company I am working?. Can I specify "not applicable"?.
