				Hi All,

I get the following error when installing the MQ IES30 and Config packages on RedHat Linux.

/opt/mqm/ies30/eclipse/eclipse: error while loading shared libraries: libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Any ideas? Also, anyone have a quick guide to setting up MQ Explorer in Linux?

Many Thanks |

				So do you have GTK installed on this Linux?

Are you trying to run headless (no monitor)? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

				I have the following packages installed;

# rpm -qa|grep gtk

gtk2-2.4.13-22

pygtk2-2.4.0-2.el4

authconfig-gtk-4.6.10-rhel4.3

gtk+-1.2.10-36

pygtk2-libglade-2.4.0-2.el4

Sorry, don't understand the second question |

				Are you using a remote, NON-GUI (ssh or telnet with no X Windows) command line console to try and perform the install?

Are you trying to perform the install on a machine that is not configured to have xWindows up and running, or does not have a monitor attached at all? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

				X Windows is set up and working fine. Hmm... I installed the 32bit version of MQv6+. Looks like eclipse is looking for the 32bit version of libgtk-x11-2.0.so.0 in /usr/lib, which doesnt exist. Assumed the MQ installer wouldve included these dependencies? |
