zpat exactly right. All we can see is password(*******) when we issue dis channel(......). So happen that day the password also revoked.

All channels that I have problem now can be started after the channel id being set to "unlocked". The password was set to non-expiry but will be revoked after 30 days inactivity.

Thank you to everyone that contribute to solve my problem.

Have a great day.

RACF inactive revoke interval can be a problem.

Especially as the id looks OK until it next gets used (and then it is revoked for inactive use).

If you issue the TSO command "ALU xxx RESUME" (where xxx is the id) then the last used date is reset to the current day, without the need to change the password etc.

I'm assuming you're trying to connect to the M/F. If this is true, then you can look at SYSLOG to see an error message that corresponds to your error. Your ESM (e.g. RACF, ACF2 or Top Secret), will issue a message that should clarify what is missing/mismatching.
