				hello rrishav,

which country...and what company..contract/direct employeer...or outsourced work...these all matters the rate along with less than 1 yr exp.

Since it has lvery less exp so u can expect very less rate. _________________ Jain Varghese |

It depends entirely on where you are, who you're working for, and how much you've asked them to pay you. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |

				| Just to get as a basic idea about rate ..So can I expect around 80$/hr in CA area for a decent client in development position? Or this rate is too high for 1 yr WMB exprc..But I have total of 7 yrs J2EE exprc. |

It also depends on if u r going through... the main Vendor for the client or have any other middlemen in between.

If u directly get the contract from main vendor the billing rates are around $70-80 an hr and a lot also depends on the skill set required.

If they required additional skill sets other than MB and it difficult to find one and if u have that particular additional skills I guess that where u can get/ask MAX. |

				| We just on-boarded a MB architect in Chicago at 145 and hour all inclusive. He is going through a vendor who tacks a few dollars onto his rate. However this is the extreme upper end. I got a lot of hits in the 85-95 range. whenever I went up to 100-110 people started balking. |
