Try this..
under root user,
go to /opt/mqm/bin, check that the crtmqm has these permissions(-r-sr-s---)
chmod 6550 crtmqm
chown root:mqm crtmqm
ls -lt (command) has to show like this

no.. i didn't reboot the server

under root, it starts the queue manager fine. when coming under mqm , its not starting the queue manager.
What i did is " I added root user to the group mqm"
But it didn't resolve. |

Even though i am getting error while starting the queue manager, it's not generating the FDC every time(It's generated only once) and the AMQERR01.LOG also not updating under /var/mqm/errors

just now checked the permissions for ssem, it is 777 only...
It didn't resolve the problem |
