for AS/400 use " call qmqm/mqver " prior to V6.0 and use dspmqmver from V6.0 onwards.

I've also used a slightly "unconventional" method.
1. Record image for the queue manager you want to save.
2. Save the QMxxxx Queue Manager Lib (this would also have the journals).

I'd suggest focusing on the one thing that has changed in the whole equation .... the server.
This off course assumes "nothing" else has changed, including CSD levels, app code, OS patches, ... |

You can also use the wrklnk command and then option 5 to display to read the error logs. Generally for any "channel" issues this (the error logs) is the best place to start.

The error is from the loopback address of the local host.
Given that it is happening on windows ...... I'd say reboot .....  |
