Before we upgrade our WinNT 4.0 system from v5.2 to v5.2.1, are there any steps I should take beforehand (i.e. other than cold server backups)? Is there a tool that can be used to extract/dump the current channels, local & remote quests, etc?

Thanks.

You wouldn't perhaps have a link to where I can find this, would you?
