				hi all

I am working on MQSeries on Sun Solaris.

I have setup a Sender channel to MQSeries on Unisys box

and I am able to receive message from the queues on the Unisys.

But when I start my Sender channel it is going into inactive state.

The listener on unisys is up and running .

any idea about the problem ...?

thanks in advance

What is the Reason code in the mqerror log for this error. Did the channel start, go to retry and then went into inactive state. Did you check the Conname and the port number the listener is listening to.

Cheers.

				Hi MQ Experts,

Can somebody tell me what MQSeries version supports by UNISYS CLEAR PATH NX 4600?

I'm trying to integrate applications between AIX and UNISYS Clear Path NX 4600.

Currently we have MQ 5.2

Thankx in advance for all your help |

Seen this issue when the sequence numbers get out of sequence. Did you happen to rebuild one of the queue managers? As mentioned, the logs (under /var/mqm/qmgrs/QMGRNAME/errors) on the SENDER should tell you the reason for the failure. _________________ Bob Perry

I didn't realize a new 'tread' was started under the original topic. I assume the problem in March is resolved. |
