I have a email input node connecting to a mailbox using imap. It retrieves the email and parses the email into the mime message tree but there is no message-id field in the structure.

How would i go about getting the email message id from the retrieved message?

Also, is it possible to produce a .msg file from the email input?

One other thing that i noticed while testing is that if i switch between pop3 and imap on the input node, defining the server details in the node properties and not configurable service, is that i have to restart the broker after deployment for the changes to take affect. Is this correct behaviour?

Thanks in advance for your response. |
