				| Please can you explain your question in far more detail.
If you are encountering this error, have you looked in your MQ error log for more information on why it's occurring?

Have you checked what the error message tells you to check?
 |

I have checked on the server The publish/subscribe engine has failed by using the command <dis pubsub>.

 | Does your AMQERR01.LOG give a reason? You will need to address why it failed in order to get it to start again.

 Cheers

 No....
 | Seriously? There is no error message in your AMQERR01.LOG telling you why the pub/sub engine has failed?

In understand you are trying to get all the subscriptions with saveqmgr and it can't because of the pub/sub engine being inhibited, but to fix it you need to find out why it failed.

 Cheers

				| So you can see that the pub sub engine has failed to start but not sure when to look for those errors? Look at the time of queue manager start-up. | |
