Hi Folks ,
I am using wmb 8 , I need to sent message into a local file system with different directory(per day) and file name (timestamp) .
Based upon the Info which got from wmb8 help ,
The property entered in basic tab will be over ridden by Request tab properties .
Before fileoutput node i have compute node , and i am setting the properties as below in this compute node
------
SET OutputLocalEnvironment.Destination.File.Directory = 'C:\TEMP\EXCEPTION\NEW' ;
But i am not getting expected result..getting exception saying invalid location WrongDir-----
Below are the basic and request tab properties
-- Basic
----------
Directory : WrongDir
--- Request
--------------
DataLocation : $Body
Request directory Property location : $LocalEnvironment/Destination/File/Directory
$LocalEnvironment/Destination/File/Name :
$LocalEnvironment/Destination/File/Name
--------------Please let me where i am odd .. If directory is fine i can use the same info for file name as well...

Assuming your compute node properties are set to change the local environment,
Does the directory exist ?
Does the FTE Agent's service id/broker's service id have the adequate rights to it?

I am useing this
SET OutputLocalEnvironment.Destination.File.Name = fileName;
SET OutputLocalEnvironment.Destination.File.Directory = folderName;
Change the compute node properties (compute mode) to LocalEnvironment and Message
It works for me |
