BIP0889E-An Exception occured while communicating with config manager on Qmanager QMGR1

Reason-Websphere studio experiencing problem while communicating with config manager on QMGR1

Ensure the config manager available:

if so do the following

1) select window->Preference menu

2) select broker administration->config manager proxy preferences

3)Increase the maximum retry attempts

4)Apply the changes

5)retry the operations |

				Are the configuration manager and the toolkit running on the same machine? If so, did you try restarting the configuration manager after the password change?

Make sure that the configuration manager and its QM are running. Also, check whether your ID had access to the configuration manager using the command mqsilistaclentry.
