I was wondering if we got an MQ command to identify MQ version on both UNIX and Windows OS.

Yes.
When I click on the "Search" button, and enter in "mq version", it says there are 947 or so results.

| OK ,of those 960 whatever,can you get me one that is of relevance to my question?I have perused through 20 odd pages,even before I posted this topic and not found nothing of relevance! |

Instead of searching for "mq version" and getting no where ,here's what I found:
/opt/mqm/bin/dspmqver -- will get you current mq version |
