				| Hi All,
 MQ Version 6.0.1.0
 O/S : HP-UX

When i was installing the latest Refresh Pack(6.0.2.0) on the server,
it got struck and prompted the errors like

 * Installing fileset "MQSERIES.MQM-RUNTIME-U806615,r=6.0.2.0" (1    x
 x x of 19). x
x x ERROR: Read from serial depot file failed. Bad address (14). x
 x x ERROR: Failed installing fileset x
 x x "MQSERIES.MQM-RUNTIME-U806615,r=6.0.2.0". Check the above x
 x x output for details. x
 x x * Retry number 1 of 1 for loading files for fileset x
 x x "MQSERIES.MQM-RUNTIME-U806615,r=6.0.2.0". x
 x x

('coz i think the refresh pack didn't download properly )

I know once this happens we can't able to issue any MQSC commands

My question is if install the refresh pack correctly afterwards does it works with out any problem

 Thanks and Regards
 Gayathri

				| Usually if you use the native installers like swinstall or geninstall, you can check the status of the install. On AIX lppchk and on Solaris pkgchk. I don't know what it is for HP-UX. Maybe your unix admin can tell

				| Hi
I re-installed the MQ V6.0, as it aborted in the middle of installation,

i downloaded a good one from the site and executed

everything went fine, and its working fine.

we should be very carefull while downloading any critical softwares.

 Thanks and Regards
