I wondered about this also when I did the fix install so checked the contents of the zip. The only file that was changed was the mqsisoap.par. All other files had the same date and size as in the original release.

Hi guys we had the same issue and we raised a PMR , there is a fix.

If guys still cant get the fix let me know i will post it .
