The problem I spoke of the the problem I had similar to the one srailkar spoke of I solved by creating a smaller workspace. I was using a workspace with our entire DEV environment but then I just switched to my own workspace with a handful of flows and sets and both issues were resolved. Worth a shot if you can try it srailkar; if you are working in a large workspace.
