Visit the following link and run the demo on the right hand corner of the screen. This demo is not only good if you want to learn about the Microsoft Biztalk product, but also what are the latest and greatest ways now a days in which EAI is being exploited to it's best. How workflow are being used. Future designs, current implementations, milestones ....that kind of stuff etc.

I found this demo quite interesting.
