This is a good magazine. I still keep my copies on my desk and sometimes find value even in 2-3 year old issues. The ideal situation is to get your employer to pay for a subscription though. As the former editor of this magazine I would point out that back issues are free (as PDFs) when you take out a subscription.

So if one were to sell the hard copies, they would still have access to them online?

Were the online pdfs part of the deal? If not I believe there may be legal concerns with selling them.
