It is important to note that before we remigrated and redeployed all the flows, we rebuilt all the projects, since the read me for CSD04 said to rebuild all the projects.

I wonder if we just rebuilt the projects, and then just reimported the 5.0.3 files from our shared drive we would have been OK. Maybe the remigrate from 2.1 was not needed. I think this is so, since the flows worked fine at 5.0.3.

We cannot recreate the problem right now, since we no longer have any projects from 5.0.3. They were all rebuilt at 5.0.4.
