Hi all,
I am importing XML schemas using MQSIIMPSCHEMA utility into MQSI. When i open the control center and see the imported schema element lengths , all lengths will be same with 254 and data types also of all showing string.
I am using TURBO XML tool to develop all my schemas.When developing i will be having different datatypes and different lengths.But when i import into MQSI all will change into String with all elements length showing as 254.
If any one can mail me back why its happing and what i have to do in order to import correctly and see correct datatypes when i import.

Is this using the support pack for MQSI v2.0.2, if so I had similar problems, and there is a new version of the support pack coming soon. I used the import dtd function instead which worked a lot better, any questions please shout.

Hi Segs...,
I did not install any support pack,i just installed what ever i got with the MQSI 2.0.2 cd.If i have to install the support pack,pl try to mail me back with what support pack i have to install and URL to download.Can i use import DTD function to import schema.Will the MQSI 2.1 will support all the features.....????.If u get a chance pl reply me back.
