I don't know! We are at CSD4 and we have this e-fix installed on top of it. I think CSD5 should fix this problem, but I am not sure about this.

Thanks a lot for your response. We upgraded to CSD5 recently and didn´t work. So I followd jfluitsm suggestion an reviewed the returning path from the application and I found there was a conversion from EBCDIC to ASCII. As soon as I removed the translation everything worked find.

I read your note which said that there was a CSD which fixed the parsing of 'morphed' data (number coming with a sign included in the last/first bit).
Could you tell me which CSD takes care of this? |

Its not clear from above post (from lillo) whether or not this problem is fixed in CSD5. If you want I can send you the e-fix number.
