What info?

Vitor . Yes im guessing its a message problem. but there are more than 50K unprocessed messages sitting in the queue. the audit engine restart should not convert the bad message into good one and process it right ?

Not unless (as I said) there's a bug in the engine that caused the bad message to be deleted on restart.

Do you have (as previously suggested) a back out queue that would prevent this problem?

Figure out what's wrong with the audit engine.

I think you should. I think you should suggest that queues are automatically defined with back out queues.

Figure out what's wrong with your audit engine. Adding a back out queue will simply stop messages building up on the queue when a bad message arrives. It won't magically make the audit engine process them so, at best, you'll have an incomplete audit record.
