The next step is to compare your project build settings with the arguments you are passing into mqsicreatebar.

The toolkit uses mqsicreatebar to build your BAR. This means that if toolkit can build it and you cannot, you are not specifying the proper arguments on the command line.

Look for project dependencies.

yes.i just tried to create bar using command and its failing.
Is it an issue with command or something to do with my broker?
because i tried doing the same(just created a sample proj and used mqsicreatebar in my personal lappy and it worked)

The work flow is this:

1. Create a new directory.
2. svn get all source file from version control.
3. mqsicreatebar.

You are not doing step 1.

its not related to ANT script stuff which u explained me earlier.

You cannot skip step 1.
