The qmgr needs a keystore, and needs to be the owner of that keystore.
The keystore that holds the CA private keys does not need to be a qmgr keystore. |

Ok I have get that working on the single machine.
QM1 , QM2 , QM3 , QM4 but as diocetd in the example for CA certificates i Used the different location as C:/MQ/SSL
Now in real time i have a unix environment .
QM1 and QM2 FR on machine 1 and 2
QM3 . QM4 , QM5(on ZOs) on machine 3, 4 and mainframe 5.
QM3 is connected to QM1 .
QM4 is connected to QM2.
QM5 is connected to QM1.
Now if i create a certain location on the machine where QM3 is hosted
say /home/mqm/MQCA/SSL
and to all the CA realted stuff for this location on machine 3 that will act as myhost5 as in the article.
Also to note that my QM3 will also have it certifciate and keystore at different location on the same machine 3 at location /var/mqm/qmgrs/QM3/ssl/xxxxx
Now will my machine 3 can act as myhost5 machine as in the example.
I just want be double sure before I want to go with it even in testing environment .
Thanks for the help. |
