Where are you looking at the output? If it is on a queue make sure the Output.Properties.CodedCharSetId is set to 1208 or 1200.
If you did not set it, you might downgrade the CCSID to the qmgr's default.
In this case you don't want that to happen. Have fun

Yes I am looking at the Queue.
I have set the CCSID 1200 /1208 also. But it not.

Are you looking at the content with a java tool? Any other tool you should check in hex as it is more likely than not not able to translate correctly for visual display ...

I opened the file in unipad. which it supports all country characters
